This Sunday, Feb 7, see Huun Huur Tu for free at Amoeba records in Hollywood. Huun Huur Tu are masters of the throat singing style of xoomei from the Siberian region of Tuva, in which a vocalist produces two or three notes simultaneously. They collaborate with the electronic artist Carmen Rizzo on their latest release, Eternal (out now).
